Film Audition Technique With Rand Faris. Mondays 6pm-8pm

Join Rand every Monday at 6pm on this quick & efficient audition technique class where you will learn a few step by step tools that can help elevate your self tapes and increase your chances of booking the job.

These tools do not guarantee booking the job, for booking the job remains a mystery. This class aims to give actors a process to adopt and use to create an altogether better tape with the necessary emotion and required depth.

With a better tape, we avoid the aftermath of feeling we could have done something different and blaming ourselves. We've all been there, it's time we stop looking back and keep moving forward.

This class will be split into two parts: Learning the Technique via sides, cold reading, taping, and then filming the cold read and giving/receiving critique.

Martial Meditation Dance with Weronika Wozniak. Fridays 5pm-6pm

Dance, kick and punch things out every Friday at 5pm! This is a movement flow class where you will follow the teacher’s original dance/karate inspired sequence. The class starts with a gentle stretch and grounding exercises to put you in the right mood to move. If you want to be more flexible, stronger, and let go of the every-day tension in a dynamic way, this is a perfect class for you.

Tension/Trauma Release Through Movement with Polina Ionina. Wednesdays 6pm-7pm

Join Polina every Wednesday at 6pm in releasing tension in the body through movement and meditation. 

Dedicate some time to self care and connect to your body! We forget how much energy our body stores, we neglect it, we over or under work it, and then we wonder what the bloody hell happened? Well, this class is designed for you to listen to your body and to express and release whatever has been trapped there.

This is perfect for anyone who is looking to connect and dislodge any stagnated energy. Includes light stretching. Fun and gentle!

Please bring a mat/blanket, water, and a journal and pen to write with.
